Premier circular chuck

Circular chucks are designed for holding workpieces on lathes and internal, cylindrical or rotary grinding machines. They're ideal for holding thin ring-shaped components that can be subject to radial distortion.

The top plate is all metal to ensure accuracy and maxiumum coolant resistance, and extra thick to maintain accuracy and give the chuck many years of life, even after frequent regrinding. Additional top plates are available. These can be mounted on top of the chucks and machined to fit a particular workpiece.

Side and end stops are chrome plated for maxium datum accuracy.

Chucks can be partially magnetised to allow ease of part positioning when setting up.

Handles are ergonomically designed for easy switching and are removable.
