Sheet floaters

Separate sheet steel sheets from horizontal or vertical stacks for ease of removal.

The floaters use 'mutual magnetic repulsion' to separate sheets. A unit  (they are supplied as a pair) is placed at each side of the stack. The top 2 or 3 sheets repel each other, fan out and 'float in the air' enabling the top sheets to be removed easily. Can be used with clean, oily or painted sheets. Smaller sheets are generally floated horizontally, larger ones, vertically.

Casing is non-ferrous. Units have mounting holes. Can be used in multiples.

Max operating temperature degrees 180 degrees C

Pneumatically and electronically switchable version are available.
