Rota grid

Mainly used to extract contamination from product that is prone to caking or bridging (e.g. starches, powders with high moisture content). The magnetic rods are arranged on a rotating wheel which prevents this happening. Rota grids can also be used to provide improved separation on other types of products - the rotation brings a greater number of magnetic surfaces into contact with the product than occurs with a fixed grid.


Housings are available for both square chutes and round pipelines and are flanged to suit each customers requirement for ease of installation.


Cleaning of this system is exactly the same as for the easy clean grid unit.
