GFR 4000 Metal Detector

Uses GF detector head and a pneumatic ejection flap to automatically remove any contamination upon detection.

The detector ensures that raw materials are fed metal-free to either process equipment or packing area prior to despatch.

With detection sensitivity starting at 0.3mm this detector is suitable for the plastics and chemical industries.

The flap design means this detector should not be used in food or pharmaceutical environments unless processing rice, grain etc.

For these applications use the GFR 5000. It has a hygienic construction and can be fully washed.

Product wastage can be reduced by installing a high-intensity easy-clean grid magnet above this unit. This will remove contamination from the product.
