Chuck blocks

Chuck blocks extend the chuck's magnetic reach to areas of the workpiece not directly in contact with the chuck top plate to ensuring the workpiece is securely held.

These chuck blocks are for use on magnetic chucks with parallel poles. They may be used horizontally or vertically and can be machined to fit irregular shaped workpieces.

'v' shaped blocks are for holding cylindrical workpieces, the smaller for workpieces up to 20mm in diameter, the larger for workpieces up to 65mm in diameter.

It is sometimes advantageous to use 2 'v' blocks and matched numbered pairs are available.

Rectangular Chuck Blocks

Blocks for extending the magnetic reach of chucks with parallel poles to hold 'awkward' shaped workpieces. Can be used vertically or horizontally and machined to fit.
