Fully automated stand-alone magnetic filtration system
PLC driven and hydraulically actuated to deliver dry ferrous contamination from fluids and coolants.
Use with neat and soluble oils in fine finishing processes e.g. grinding, honing and EDM, cleaning and spray processes.
Can be installed anywhere in the fluid delivery system between the dirty and clean tanks or fluid system, either on-line or off-line.
Large capacity, free-standing magnetic filtration system. 24 / 7 operation.
Modular system: AF4 up to 350 litres / minute, AF8 700 litres / minute, AF12 150 litres / minute.
