AUTOMAG (New improved design)

The Automag is an automated, self-cleaning, magnetic filter system can be used on any machine tool to remove ferrous and para-magnetic particles, down to sub-micron size.

In actual use, the released contamination would be diverted for recovery and possible recycling (here it is re-circulated for demonstration purposes).

The main benefits of using Automag over cartridge type filters are:

• No loss of fluid due to replacing sodden cartridges
• No back pressure, even when the magnetic cores are totally saturated with contamination
• Extends the useful life of the fluid
• Removed contamination can be recycled, elimination disposal costs
• No contamination goes to landfill
