Eclipse Magnetics pneumatically actuated sheet separators have been designed specifically for applications which demand quick change of steel packs and product.

The magnetic separator can be de-energised for safer loading and unloading of the steel blanks, and to avoid damage that can occur when removing a part used stack.

Suitable for large scale, high volume, high speed production lines.

High performance neodymium (rare earth) magnets are used in the separators for maximum power - separating even heavily oiled sheets.

Can be linked into PLC systems.
