Pneumatically switchable permanent magnet

Pneumatically Switched Permanent Magnets are specifically designed for lifting thin items (0.2mm thick and above), items with uneven surfaces or items through large air gaps, such as packaged products.

The same magnet can handle different types of items and will be formatted to your selection of products.

These items are produced to order and are available in rectangular or circular versions. Special size options are available from 16mm diameter up to 1400mm x 1200mm (depalletisers).

Multiple parts can be lifted at the same time and intial part position is not critical. The handled product and packaging is not damaged by the unit.
