Sheet separator

Easily separate the top item of a stack of sheet steel or pressed products from the rest of the stack for automated or manual removal (with an Eclipse Magnetics lifting magnet, of course).

Handles material from 0.2mm to 3mm thick but almost any shape or size can be accomodated by products in our range. Separation ability can be reduced on old stacks with dried out oil or on excessively oiled sheets.

It's important to order the correct size of separator for the size of material to be handled. If the items to be separated are half the width of the separator the top items can flip onto the face of the separator instead of being separated.
